With her commitment and passion for self-reliance she wants to inspire women and encourage them to actively contribute their ideas – for more female entrepreneurship and a stronger presence of women in businesses. And because the truly big, challenging tasks can only be faced and tackled together, her principle is: ‘The economy needs all talents - regardless of gender or origin’.

The role model initiative is organised by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action). It’s a great honour – in the company of so many female entrepreneurs – to strengthen the entrepreneurs and founders of new businesses among women and girls!
